Maintenance Technician Level II - Residential Area

Overview:

We are seeking Level 2 skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our professional team.

As a Level 2 Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions

· Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment, and systems

· Troubleshoot and repair appliances

· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment

· Troubleshoot and repair electrical devices

· Troubleshoot and repair plumbing equipment and devices

· Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment

· Complete carpentry and flooring repairs

· Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff

· Maintain accurate records in building systems software

· Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently

· Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:

· Previous experience in maintenance of Multi-family residential properties

· Previous experience in Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems

· Previous experience in plumbing repairs

· Previous experience in electrical repairs

· Previous experience in appliance repairs

· Previous experience in carpentry repairs

· Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Yardi, Building Link, etc.)

· Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail

· Excellent customer service skills
