MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN I & II
$22.00–$24.50/hour | Full-Time

SCHEDULE
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Occasional on-call or weekend rotation, depending on the assignment
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems
- Complete resident service requests and preventive maintenance
- Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Complete work orders accurately and on time
- Maintain safe, clean, and well-operated communities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of three years of working experience
- Multifamily, apartment, commercial, or property maintenance experience preferred
- Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance skills
- Professional verbal and written English communication skills required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors
- Valid driver’s license required
- EPA 608, HVAC, CAMT, OSHA, or related certifications preferred
- Must meet applicable background-screening requirements
