Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist customers with account questions, service requests, and troubleshooting alarm systems
- Process orders, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with field technicians
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the alarm system
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Communicate product and service information clearly to new and existing customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and service expectations are met
Requirements:
- Prior customer service a plus, Graduates welcomed will train fror this position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong Excel and Word a must
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn software quickly
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a calm, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
- Any technical or mechanical experience a plus, but not required
- Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude
