We’re looking for experienced Store Managers to lead high-volume, large-format retail operations across our Caribbean and South Pacific markets.
Candidates will be considered for one of two regions - Caribbean OR South Pacific - based on location, experience, and business needs. Regional flexibility is required, meaning you must be open to travel and potential store assignments within your assigned region only.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day store operations, driving sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational performance.
- Manage, coach, and develop large store teams, ideally 70 employees.
- Oversee merchandising, inventory, labor, financial performance, and operational standards.
- Analyze store performance and implement strategies to improve sales, productivity, and profitability.
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards across operations, merchandising, safety, and customer service.
- Participate in a structured Store Manager training and bench program, learning the business and preparing for store leadership assignments.
- Travel or relocate within your assigned region as business needs and store opportunities arise.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Store Manager experience in large-format retail, grocery, big-box, warehouse club, or similar high-volume environments.
- Experience leading large teams — ideally 70 employees.
- Strong experience in store operations, people leadership, merchandising, inventory management, and financial performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to travel and accept assignments within your designated region.
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career in an international, multi-market retail environment.
