Job Overview:
The Sales Associate provides excellent customer shopping experience by presenting an expert knowledge of products and their related accessories in a professional and courteous manner. The Sales Associates must possess adequate product knowledge and present themselves to customers in a friendly and professional manner. During slow selling periods, s/he will check and reorganize displays to present a neat appearance.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Sells B&H merchandise in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Organizes product and store displays to present a neat appearance.
- Engages in continuous training to enhance sales techniques and knowledge.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Deep knowledge of B&H products and their various accessories
- Articulate communicator and analytical thinker
- Professional phone demeanor
- Knowledge of B&H policies and procedures regarding sale of merchandise
- General knowledge of B&H store operations policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills
