We have a cleaning supervisor position available in Orlando, FL for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy consistent hours, weekly pay, and want to grow in the commercial cleaning field. 

Position Details:   

• Hours: 3:00 PM -1:00 PM Wednesday-Sunday
• Location: Orlando, FL  
• Pay: $18 p/h  
• Bilingual English and Spanish is Required

The supervisor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building and must have strong attention to detail.   

Duties:   

• Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors  
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies  
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly  
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills  
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms  
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines  

Qualifications:   

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred  
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision  
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks  
• Good time management skills  
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift objects if required  
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Bilingual-English/Spanish is required

• Vaciar los basureros y desechar la basura correctamente  

Responsabilidades:

• Realizar tareas de limpieza como barrer, trapear y aspirar pisos
• Limpiar y desinfectar los baños y reabastecer los suministros
• Vaciar los recipientes de basura y desechar los residuos adecuadamente
• Quitar el polvo y limpiar las superficies, incluyendo escritorios, mesas y alféizares
• Mantener la limpieza de las áreas comunes, incluyendo vestíbulos, pasillos y salas de descanso
