Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurancy and confidentiality
Weekly payroll process, government reporting, and leave management
Support the administration of HR policies and procedures
Respond to internal and external HR inquiries
Help organize and coordinate HR events and initiatives
Prepare reports and presentations as requested by the HR Manager
Qualifications
High School Diploma and 2 Years of proven experience in HR support with computer knowledge required
Knowledge on general HR practices and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
Attention to detail
