BRAND & MARKETING DESIGN SUMMARY: Assist in the development and coordination of company branding materials. Serve as the primary designer for all marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, trade show materials, internal newsletters, and job presentations, submitting concepts and designs to the Director of Marketing for approval. Support the design and execution of corporate communications related to advertising creative, promotional and sponsored events, as well as business-to-business sales and recruiting initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Developer and coordinate company branding materials to ensure consistency across all platforms and communications.
• Design, produce, and maintain a wide range of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, trade show materials, internal newsletters, and job or project presentations.
• Develop creative concepts and visual designs that align with corporate brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Present design concepts, layouts, and final deliverables to the Director of Marketing for review and approval.
• Support the creation and execution of corporate communications related to advertising campaigns, promotional initiatives, and sponsored events.
• Create visual assets to support business-to-business sales efforts and recruiting initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Travel and after-hours/weekend event attendance is required.
  
  
  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate, agency, or B2B environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing a variety of marketing materials, including print, digital, and presentation graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to accept and incorporate feedback.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and brand consistency.
