Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Working Superintendent who can independently manage job sites while actively contributing hands-on when needed.

This is not an entry-level or assistant role. The ideal candidate has extensive field experience, understands construction at a deep level, and can run a job site with minimal oversight.

You will be responsible for enforcing standards, maintaining schedules, coordinating trades, and ensuring high-quality execution from start to finish.

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from start to completion
• Supervise subcontractors and enforce high standards of quality, safety, and performance
• Interpret and execute construction drawings, plans, and specifications with accuracy
• Plan, coordinate, and maintain daily and weekly project schedules
• Perform skilled trade work when required to maintain progress and quality standards
• Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve field issues to avoid delays and rework
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with Project Managers regarding job progress, schedule updates, field conditions, deficiencies, and potential risks
• Provide timely updates and collaborate with Project Managers to develop solutions and keep projects on track and within budget
• Maintain organized, clean, and safety-compliant job sites in accordance with OSHA and company standards
• Complete and submit detailed daily reports (labor, progress, issues, deliveries, safety)
• Coordinate inspections, materials, and equipment logistics
• Ensure punch list completion and deliver a high-quality final product
• Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on field experience in residential and/or commercial construction
• Proven experience running job sites as a lead superintendent or foreman
• Strong ability to read and fully understand construction plans and details
• Demonstrated leadership managing subcontractors and crews
• Hands-on experience in at least one major trade (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
• OSHA safety knowledge and enforcement experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000/year (based on experience)
• Company Vehicle: Ford F-250 provided for business use
• Probationary Period: 60 days
• Sick Time & PTO: Accrued in accordance with company policy (available after probationary period)
