Production Supervisor – Medical Manufacturing (Hatfield, PA)

About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily plant operations at our Hatfield, PA manufacturing facility. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee CNC and general machining departments to ensure the timely production of high-quality machined components. Your focus will be on driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance to meet company objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate machine operators and skilled trades to achieve production goals.

• Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and standards.

• Maintain strict adherence to ISO/AS quality standards, ensuring processes and training are up to date.

• Develop, coach, and evaluate team members to support growth and accountability.

• Manage capacity planning, production scheduling, and resource allocation to meet delivery deadlines.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and control costs.

• Ensure all equipment is maintained properly and production documentation is accurate.

• Communicate department performance metrics and improvement plans to the leadership team.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.

• Proven success as a supervisor or operations manager leading production teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Lean / Six Sigma certification or experience.

• Background in an ISO-certified facility.
