What You’ll DoSet up CNC machines and input programs, offsets, and reference points.Perform machining operations including cutting, drilling, milling, boring, and broaching per work orders and blueprints.Inspect first-run parts and in-process components to ensure 100% accuracy to specifications.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Communicate production progress and issues with supervisors and teammates.Support continuous improvement and uphold company safety and quality standards. What You Bring3 years of CNC machine set-up and operation experience.Strong understanding of machining principles, blueprint reading, and quality control.Ability to perform calculations and make offsets using sound problem-solving skills.Commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork. Preferred SkillsExperience with G-Code, Mastercam, or ESPRIT software.Formal training in CNC machine operations.Experience operating multiple CNC machine types. Physical RequirementsAbility to lift, move, and handle materials up to 70 lbs.Frequent standing, bending, and positioning required in a manufacturing environment.Must wear appropriate PPE at all times.
