Key Responsibilities:
- Perform property maintenance and field inspections.
- Attend project meetings about inspections.
- Respond to property maintenance code inquiries both in writing and over the phone.
- Meet with clients and prospective clients as assigned.
- Attend meetings with clients and trade associations, and represent the company as assigned.
- Maintain applicable certifications by attending training sessions as assigned.
- Perform basic residential building inspections.
During periods of fluctuating workload, the employee may be asked to assist in other areas as needed. Such requests are not to be interpreted as a change in position or job description. The employee affirms their qualifications and readiness to perform all duties described herein.
Qualifications:
- Three to five years of demonstrated inspection experience.
- Current model code certification (ICC or related standards).
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding customer service abilities.
- Proficient with basic computer applications.
- Valid, state-issued driver’s license.
- Ability to comply with certification requirements per company policy and as outlined by supervisor.
- Spanish/English fluency is a plus.

This position offers a blend of office and field responsibilities. We provide uniforms, personal protective equipment, a company vehicle for inspections, and a company phone. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Paid training, study materials, and ICC exam fees are covered per company policy.
