Location: Quincy Station Apartments; Wheaton, Illinois
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday; Weekend availability required
Hourly Rate: $28.00 - $30.00, based on experience; $150/week on-call bonus

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 – 3 years of residential property maintenance or related field
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read blueprints and manuals
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs; frequent walking, standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching
- Basic computer skills for logging and tracking work orders
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC certification and/or experience
- CPO license – or willing to obtain
- CAMT designation
Quincy Station Apartments is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure our community continues to be a place residents are proud to call home.
In this role, you will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure the property is beautiful, well-maintained, and operating smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general appliance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Complete apartment turns and make-readies
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Promptly respond to service requests using our paperless system
- Maintain maintenance records and manage inventory
- Perform general carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and collaborate with vendors as needed
- Handle pool and grounds care daily
