We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers, law enforcement, and insurance partners. This role involves assisting callers and walk-in customers, processing vehicle releases, dispatching tow calls, and maintaining accurate records. Training will be provided for the right candidate—no experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers courteously and efficiently.
- Greet and help walk-in customers, verify paperwork, and process vehicle releases.
- Dispatch calls to drivers and maintain communication to track job status.
- Communicate with police departments, insurance companies, and motor clubs.
- Record customer interactions, vehicle details, and payment information accurately.
- Handle customer payments, issue receipts, and verify ownership documentation.
- Keep the office and waiting area organized and professional.
- Assist with light administrative duties and data entry as needed.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- No experience required; training provided for reliable and motivated candidates.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer and typing proficiency.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
Schedule:
- Full-time positions available for day, evening, and overnight shifts.
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
