A Washington hospital is seeking their next Interim Manager, Pediatric Respiratory Services!

The Position

• An Interim Manager, Pediatric Respiratory Services, is needed to provide leadership for Respiratory Therapy operations, overseeing daily planning, scheduling, education, and clinical performance.
• The Interim Manager will oversee operations throughout a 30 bed NICU and will promote evidence-based practice, patient safety, and a strong culture of accountability across the respiratory care team.
• Lead quality improvement and innovation initiatives while partnering with interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience.
• Assess current operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement collaborative strategies that strengthen departmental effectiveness.
• Serve as a transformational leader and mentor, fostering team development, encouraging engagement, and building a culture of continuous improvement.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Active RRT, NRP, ACLS, and PALS license/certification are required.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
