$1,500 Sign On Bonus after 90 days of employment
Help individuals make informed, confident decisions about work and benefits. As a Benefits Counselor, you’ll educate and guide people receiving public benefits on how employment impacts Social Security, Medicaid, and other supports—empowering them to pursue work without fear.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide individualized benefits counseling for people pursuing employment
- Explain how work affects SSI/SSDI, Medicaid/Medicare, and other benefits
- Assist with reporting, work incentives, budgeting, and written benefits summaries
- Collaborate with IPS employment teams to support employment goals
Qualifications:
- CWIC or WIP‑C/CWIP (or ability to obtain certification within 6 months)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Pay: From $52,500.00 per year
