Hiring Tackers for full-time day shift work. Must assist fitters by tacking materials, holding alignment, and preparing for welding in a shipyard or industrial environment.
Must-Haves
- Experience tack welding (flux core or stick)
- Ability to read basic drawings/measurements
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation & good attendance
- Safety-focused
Preferred
- Shipyard or fabrication experience
- Ability to pass weld/tack test
- Rigging experience
- TWIC card
