Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
Summary
Seeking an experienced Painter to prepare and paint parts, assemblies, and complete machines in a safety-focused production environment. Duties include mixing paint, adjusting paint equipment, applying coatings, inspecting finished work, and maintaining a clean work area.
Must-Haves
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma, GED, NCRC, or 3 years of manufacturing experience
- Manufacturing or automotive painting experience
- Experience preparing surfaces and mixing paint
- Ability to operate and adjust spray guns and paint equipment
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Availability for overtime and weekends as needed
Preferred
- Production or industrial painting experience
- Experience with spray guns, electro-deposition, or flow-coat equipment
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork
