Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Traveling Paving & Sealcoating Laborers. This position involves working on road and pavement projects across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
This is a travel-based role where crews are on the road for 2–3 weeks at a time. The company provides hotel accommodations and transportation from Diamondhead, MS to job sites.
Responsibilities
- Assist with paving and sealcoating operations
- Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, prepping, and maintaining job sites
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Must-Haves
- Ability to travel for 2–3 weeks at a time
- Reliable transportation to meet in Diamondhead, MS
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
- Physically able to handle labor-intensive work (lifting, standing, bending, etc.)
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous construction or paving experience
- Experience working outdoors in labor roles
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license
