MIG Welder/Fitter

Must-Haves
- Minimum 3 years of MIG welding experience
- Experience working on heavy equipment or similar industrial machinery
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Proficient with MIG welding processes and equipment
- Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures
- Ability to lift, bend, and work in physically demanding conditions
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fabrication and structural repairs
- Familiarity with stick welding (SMAW) or flux core welding (FCAW)
- Previous work in construction, shipyard, or industrial environments
- Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent)
- Experience repairing buckets, frames, or heavy components
