Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, administer, and document weekly safety meetings for all field personnel.
- Conduct regular safety inspections on job sites and document findings.
- Promote and reinforce a culture of safety throughout the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date paper and electronic safety logs and records.
- Assist the HR department with new-hire orientation, including safety onboarding.
- Help ensure company-wide OSHA compliance and support related documentation needs.
- Review, maintain, and update Safety and Health policies as needed.
- Perform job site visits to conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Risk Assessments.
- Maintain a clean, insurable driving record to support travel between job sites.
