Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Local Project Safety Manager based in Lebanon, OH. The Local Project Safety Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of occupational health and safety for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Responsibilities include conducting safety training sessions, implementing Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, investigating incidents, and promoting a culture of safety. The role also entails ensuring adherence to industrial safety standards and working collaboratively with project teams to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Health and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices
- Experience in Safety Training and Accident Investigation
- Knowledge of Industrial Safety standards and practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Working knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Effective communication skills and ability to lead safety initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
- Must posses an active OSHA 500 or CHST.
- Must have at least 6 years Construction Safety experience.
