Position Summary:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, and supporting business decision-making through financial modeling and reporting. This role partners with business leaders to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that support organizational goals. The Financial Analyst assists with budgeting, forecasting, financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis, and process improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with established financial controls and procedures. Working under general supervision, the position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial information to drive business performance.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

• Collects and analyzes financial information for assigned accounts, products or product lines, or business units in order to track the organization's progress against financial goals.
• Reports current or expected financial performance and creates financial models to guide decision making.
• Analyzes cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls.
• Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements.
• Assists in the preparation of financial forecasting.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 02-04 years related experience required.
• Applicable industry/professional certification required.
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Occasional business travel required
  
  

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Salary Range: $57,000 - $65,000

Hybrid schedule: Tues, Wed, Thurs in office

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.
