Position Summary

Supports manufacturing operations by assembling, troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and maintaining electronic and electro-mechanical equipment. Helps ensure equipment reliability and performance through preventive maintenance, technical problem-solving, and accurate maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

• Underminimal supervision, performs a wide variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations.
• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical components down to the individual part failure.
• Conducts, maintains, test and repairs electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components.
• Maintains company required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance activities as directed.
• Maintains a thorough working knowledge of relevant equipment, systems, and processes.
• Provides leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment using established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and maintenance procedures.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment when resolving routine issues.
  
  

Expertise: Qualifications - Experience/Training/Education/Etc

Required:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 years of related technical, maintenance, manufacturing, or electro-mechanical experience.
  
  

Preferred:

• Technical training or coursework in electronics, industrial maintenance, electro-mechanical technology, or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Pay Range: $20.95-$29.34/hour

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.
