The Role: Supporting the Show from Behind the Scenes
As our Accounts Payable Assistant, you are a vital part of our corporate office team. You ensure our vendors are paid, our records are crystal clear, and our financial "plot" stays on track. Your Daily Feature Includes:
- Invoice Management: Reviewing, coding, and processing invoices with high-level accuracy.
- Vendor Relations: Building strong relationships with our partners, managing W-9s, and ensuring timely disbursements.
- Problem Solving: Reconciling transactions and investigating discrepancies—think of it as being a financial detective!
- Financial Teamwork: Assisting with month-end closings and helping the team stay organized and efficient.
