Job Title: Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative and financial tasks in a remote environment.
Position Details
- Schedule: 7AM-3PM
- Pay: $30/ hr
- Location: 559 Pennsylvania Ave, Linden NJ 07036
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company records and digital document organization
- Handle invoicing and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll through Paychex and assist with 401(k) administration
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with employee onboarding
- Coordinate and schedule truck pickups/logistics
- Prepare and review insurance forms and documentation
- Manage and respond to customer emails
- Oversee and organize travel arrangements for leadership
- Support the CFO by managing email communications
Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop (required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience with payroll systems (Paychex preferred)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Experience
- Previous administrative or bookkeeping experience
- Familiarity with financial processes and reporting
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
