Job Summary
This position is for open availability with a flexible schedule.
Majority of the jobs will be Airbnb cleans. This will include individual locations and multi unit locations and their common areas.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and staging in various settings. Ensure that all areas are sanitized and presentable. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Reliable transportation is a must, as you will be required to travel to different job sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks: includes sweeping/vacuuming, mopping, dusting, windows, and baseboards
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Empty trash/recycle receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Airbnb to be cleaned and staged according to photos.
- Work with lead to ensure that cleaning supply inventory is sufficient for any job
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their cleaning needs promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning (house or commercial) is preferred; however, training will be provided as needed.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
