Requirements (non-negotiable):
- Reliable vehicle
- Active insurance: $1,000,000 minimum
- Own professional cleaning supplies & equipment
- 2 years experience with residential & commercial cleaning
- Able to follow detailed checklists
- Strong attention to detail
- Works with autonomy (no micromanaging)
- Professional, respectful, and great customer service!
- No shortcuts, no excuses, no BS
