Responsible for the forming of sheet metal aluminum parts per Customers

engineering drawings and specifications.

• Verify tooling and engineering drawings before manufacturing part
• Perform visual inspection of part and traveler
• Verify specific material call outs on traveler
• Load machine with work pieces
• Visually inspect completed part for any defects
• Validate all profile, cut-outs and pilot holes per Customer drawings
• Verify accuracy of job and workmanship when performing jobs
• Maintain specifications by observing operations, troubleshooting

• Adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes
