PURPOSE: To drive sales business within our retail partner stores by building a strong working relationship with Store Associates and educating the public on our product offerings.

The following is a list of major duties and responsibilities for this position along with certain supportive duties. It is not all-inclusive. Other duties and responsibilities may be added as needed and in addition, management, as appropriate, may modify this job description.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (This is a Production Based Position. Failure to maintain the minimum weekly production requirements will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.)
1. 15 ballot entries an hour for first 3 weeks of employment. Increased to 20 ballot entries an hour at 4th week of employment. (Typical shifts are 5 hours/100 ballots in a shift).
2. Follow all policies and procedures regarding hours, schedules, and the handling of leads.
3. Follow check-in/out policies, including use of company time-keeping system.
4. Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude and provide them information on our promotions and offerings. Be flexible regarding the needs of the customers at all times
5. Attend weekly conference in person at your local office for progress reports, updates, ongoing education and training, as scheduled.
6. Maintain a very high degree of confidentiality in regards to all matters that occur in the work place.
7. Follow all human resource policies and procedures, and contribute to an environment that appreciates diversity and treats all people with respect, prohibiting discrimination and harassment of any kind.
8. Comply with all safety, health and environmental policies, procedures and regulations are followed within the department.
9. Other duties and special projects as assigned.
SUPPORTIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participate in meetings providing information and reports as necessary.
2. Attend training seminars as necessary.
3. Responsible for transmitting information or documents to customers using computer, mail or facsimile machine.
4. Provide for problem resolution and assistance as needed.
5. Perform administrative tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets or other documents.
6. File and maintain records.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school diploma or G.E.D. Some college preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in fast-paced environment.
3. Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires someone who is mobile and has the ability to move in and around remote location vendor stores for long periods of time, including walking on uneven surfaces. A good portion of the job is standing and walking. Must have the ability to travel to and between store locations. Moderate lifting (up to 25 lbs.) is required occasionally. Clear vision (close, distance, peripheral and depth perception) is needed for office & store environment. Must also be able to communicate verbally, observe with own eyes and give and receive information through listening and conversing. This position requires the ability to write/complete survey forms and to utilize basic office equipment.
