Seeking a full-time Virtual Medical Provider to deliver evidence-based primary care via tele-health, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups. Responsibilities
- Conduct tele-health visits and follow-up communication with patients
- Engage in continuous learning and team collaboration
- Utilize clinical training to deliver high-quality virtual care
- Completed accredited FNP program with national certification
- Licensed in CA, NY, or DC, with ability to obtain additional licenses
- At least 4 years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care experience in the past 5 years
- Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends
- Excellent clinical, communication, and tech skills
- Passion for human-centered primary care
- Strong communication skills across diverse backgrounds
- Ability to adapt to technology and uncertain situations
- Team-oriented and receptive to feedback
