Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care settings.
• Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural background.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2 years of experience preferred.
