Technologist-Echocardiographer

Role: Registered Echocardiographer Technologist responsible for performing imaging procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic imaging procedures following established standards and protocols.
• Develop and implement appropriate procedure and treatment plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition.
• Participate in performance improvement activities to uphold patient care standards.
• Complete assigned goals effectively.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Recent experience as a Sonographer or new graduate awaiting certification.
• Registered by ARDMS and/or CCI or able to obtain certification within 12 months.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
  
  

Physical & Environmental Demands: Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs, perform continuous standing and walking, and operate in environments with potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens and airborne contaminants.
