- Acting as the clinical decision-maker during weekends
- Monitoring resident conditions and communicating with providers
- Supporting medication management, documentation, and infection control
- Addressing staffing and operational issues in real-time
- Promoting teamwork and professionalism
- NM RN license (required)
- Previous supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly desired
