RN Weekend Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable *Weekend RN Supervisor* to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts.

• Provide supervision to nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations.
• Act as the clinical decision-maker, monitor resident conditions, and coordinate with providers as needed.
• Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing issues in real-time.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability across shifts.
  
  

Qualifications: Current RN license in NM, with prior supervisory or long-term care experience preferred. Strong assessment and leadership skills required.
