We seek a compassionate RN to provide exceptional patient care over the phone, including triage, inquiries, care coordination, and first-call resolution.
As the first point of contact, you'll assess patient needs, answer healthcare questions, guide resource referrals, and document interactions in EPIC EMR. Collaborate with a team to ensure prompt, quality care and patient satisfaction.
Position is relief (on-call), with pay ranging from $41.66-$51.03/hour DOE, plus bilingual bonus. Requirements include an active RN license in WA/OR, 1 year outpatient experience preferred, and BCLS certification. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
