Role: Float Pool Registered Nurse providing direct and indirect patient care across all hospital units with compassion and professionalism.
Responsibilities: Perform bedside reporting, conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluate patient outcomes, and collaborate with healthcare team members. Utilize triage protocols for timely care and monitor cardiac rhythms, responding per ACLS guidelines. Must be adaptable to float to various departments and respond swiftly to clinical changes.
Qualifications & Skills: Current NV nursing license, BLS & ACLS certifications, and a minimum of two years' acute care experience. Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills required.
