Responsibilities
- Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards.
- Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Implement Patient Centered Care principles in all nursing activities.
- Supervise and guide assigned staff members.
- Demonstrate Service Excellence standards consistently.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred.
- One year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months of hire.
- Current RN license in Nevada.
- Valid BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP as required by department.
- Successfully pass pre-employment assessments.
