Role: Registered Nurse Float Pool responsible for delivering safe, high-quality patient care across multiple units including Med/Surg, ICU, ED, Rehab, and Senior Mental Health.
Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, assist with treatments, and evaluate patient progress in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Accept primary nurse and admissions roles, maintain a safe environment, document accurately, and support department goals. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure in the state or a compact state, active BCLS and ACLS certifications. Must have strong communication skills, ability to work in high-stress environments, and maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
