Key Responsibilities
- Collects and analyzes patient data to determine diagnoses and care plans.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans to promote health and safety.
- Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and provides education.
- Participates in discharge planning for continuity of care.
- Delegates tasks appropriately and coordinates duties within the healthcare team.
- Performs additional job-related duties as assigned.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications required.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and acute care experience.
