- Executing radiology exams efficiently and according to protocols.
- Initiating interventions when exams indicate urgent attention.
- Reviewing exam indications and reporting inappropriate orders.
- Providing complete exam data for radiologist review.
- Utilizing PACS, RIS, HIS, EMR systems, and managing image storage and retrieval.
- Maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards.
- Mentoring staff and students, and assisting with record maintenance.
- Associate’s degree or certificate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- ARRT Certification required within 60 days of hire.
- Effective communication, visual acuity, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including day/evening shifts and on-call rotations.
- Demonstrate compassion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Adhere to safety laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Support a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
