Radiology Technician

Role Overview

This position involves performing general radiographic procedures for adult and pediatric patients to assist in diagnosis and treatment. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, ensuring clear communication and high professionalism, and independently conducts imaging examinations, including portable and on-call procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment, provide instructions with excellent customer service
• Perform radiographic imaging independently and handle assigned tasks
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate or trade school education
• No prior experience required; experience preferred
• Licenses & Certifications: IEMA (Illinois only, excluding MRI), Radiology Technologist registration, CPR (preferred)
• Additional experience of 2 years and CPR certification are advantages
