We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner to join our cardiology team. The ideal candidate will have a background in cardiology and a passion for delivering quality patient care.
Preferred experience includes EMR systems (1 year), and certifications such as Nurse Practitioner or PA-C. The role is in-person and requires excellent communication skills and collaborative teamwork.
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans for cardiac patients.
- Monitor vital signs, provide patient education on heart health, prescribe medications, and manage ongoing care.
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate follow-up care.
