- Assessing call situations and determining appropriate actions following Paramedic protocols
- Using medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and IV fluids for advanced care
- Communicating effectively with patients and their families to provide reassurance and information
- Leading scene and unit management as a Paramedic team leader when needed
- Driving ambulances during emergency responses
- Collaborating professionally with healthcare and public safety personnel
- Participating in community outreach programs to promote a positive organizational image
- High school diploma or GED
- State Paramedic License and Driver’s License
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic
- Clean driving record and physical agility
- Healthcare experience preferred
