Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with ≥2 years' experience in pain management to provide compassionate patient care in a dual-location clinic in VA.

• Conduct patient interviews, physical exams, and review imaging to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe therapies, and educate patients on their conditions and treatments.
• Perform or assist with pain procedures such as injections, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain thorough documentation, manage patient communications, and stay current with licensing and continuing education.
• Travel between Suffolk and Chesapeake, VA locations required; relocation to Chesapeake necessary before starting.
