Key Responsibilities
- Perform and evaluate laboratory tests, maintenance, and quality control measures.
- Identify issues and implement process improvements.
- Monitor training progress and recommend additional education.
- Assist in supply management and maintain organized, clean work areas.
- Operate independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain positive performance under various conditions.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related science field; MLT or MT certification preferred.
- Effective communication, discretion, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and adapt to new knowledge.
- Knowledge of electronic health records and laboratory procedures.
