Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality clinical services in behavioral health and community care in Thermopolis, WY.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide counseling for mental health issues, including PTSD.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to support peer healing.
• Manage case files and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care.
• Utilize coding for documentation and billing.
• Implement evidence-based applied behavior analysis practices.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  
  

Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, valid state licensure, experience in behavioral health, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of PTSD care and HIPAA regulations is preferred.
