Dining Server – Senior Living Community

Role Overview

The Dining Server is responsible for delivering professional, timely meal service in a senior living community, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders
• Assisting residents with menu selections and providing menu descriptions
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized dining area and bistro
• Completing side work and opening/closing duties
• Attending pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Using Sunrise systems for order entry and meal delivery
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols

Compensation & Benefits: The pay range is $15.92 - $19.90 per hour. Benefits include health plans, retirement savings, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, flexible pay options, and potential bonuses, with eligibility based on specific criteria.
