- Applying advanced nursing skills to deliver quality patient-centered care.
- Working effectively under minimal supervision and taking appropriate actions in critical situations.
- Minimum of five (5) years of acute care nursing experience, preferably in critical care or trauma nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Must obtain a BSN within three (3) years of hire or transfer, and be enrolled in a BSN program within twelve (12) months.
