Clinical Nurse - Cardiac ICU - PRN

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a critical care environment, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions within established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with collaborative input from patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific considerations.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Current RN license required.
• Experience is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years for preferred qualifications.
